Miss Ale I think it means that there are people that have posibilities or dons for things, and you have to take advantage of it. So if you have a special don or abilitie use it don´t waste it.

I think it means that when you work on something youve got to dedicate enough time.Not many time and not very little.Sometimes when we work on school projects we dedicate very little time and it is not properly done and sometimes we dedicate too much time and the work never finishes.

miss ale I think that this means that you can do some thing well, but you don´t want to spend lots of time in it. Like if you are doing a homework in the advertisement of a program that you want to see so you don't have much time.
