I think it is Mr. Oscar because I can see the Music behind him I so I can reconize he is clapping a song in the singing room!
Maybe the photo is old, so maybe he is clapping Funiculi Funicula, that in taht song we have to clap, but I don't know if it is him teaching us something for the concert because we have never went to that room to practice!!... see you

Hi Miss Ale Im sure this is Mr.Oscar talking by the telephone!! I can tell you this because well I know it is Oscar because when I clicked on the picture it appears Osky2 and well before seeing that I thought that it could de Oscar. I could realize he was talking by the telephone because you can see the cable of the telephone!!!Hope I guessed!!

1) teaching someone a song or a coreografy.(I don´t think so because of the 2)
2)Maybe is Mr.Osacar at the phone because when I was seeing the picture I saw a cable going down threw his shirt. Also I can see like a microwave or a tv.
